Every bundle includes 3-mode-switch LED headphones, transmitters and chargers. Choose 10, 30, 50 or 100 headphones (1–3 chargers depending on the size).
How many channels does it have?
Ultra2 Switch runs on the 13-channel Ultra 900 platform, so up to thirteen sources can broadcast at once and guests switch channels right on the headphone.
How does theft protection work?
Your headphones integrate with ChxItOut. You scan each item to an attendee, keep a card on file, and automatically bill for anything that isn’t returned — turning lost gear into recovered revenue.
What is the $10 credit?
Add a credit card on file to enable theft protection and you’ll get a $10 account credit. A team member will contact you to help set up and learn the system.
What’s the difference between new and used?
New bundles ship with brand-new gear; used bundles are refurbished. Both are fully event-ready — pick whatever fits your budget.
