Quiet Events® is launching a high-altitude nightlife silent disco activation at the iconic Rio Rooftop (Voodoo Lounge). We are looking for companies to help sell tickets, earning up to $35 a ticket.

📍 Rio has approved one event, but if it sells 150-200 tickets, it can be a weekly event if we like.

💰 There are a max of 700 tickets for a total nightly ticket profit for you of $24,500!

We believe the promoters driving the crowd should take home the lion's share of the revenue. We treat our promotional partnerships like a premium white-label deal site—allowing you to control your margins completely.

We don't just want you to sell tickets; we want you to shape the event to match your brand's exact demographic.

When is the launch date? Right now, prime summer Friday and Saturday calendar slots are open. The first premier promotion company to lock in the partnership gains exclusive authority to select the launch date.
Can we bring our own DJs? Slots are still open. The 3-DJ lineup is completely blank. Put your resident talent on the decks to elevate your brand presence.
Are the music genres locked? No. We can completely tailor the three competing audio channels to match your crowd—whether it’s Hip-Hop, Latin, Reggaeton, EDM, or Throwbacks—as long as the styles are finalized before the ticket page goes live.
Can we feature sponsors and on-site branding? Yes! Voodoo Lounge is highly receptive to step-and-repeats, activation booths, and liquor/corporate sponsorships, subject to standard venue approval.
Do we get ticketing exclusivity? Yes, but the window is small. We are reaching out to select top-tier Vegas networks this week; exclusivity belongs to the fastest mover.

This party takes place 51 stories into the sky! Join us at the iconic VooDoo Lounge at the Rio for the ultimate high-altitude dance party. With the entire Vegas Strip glittering behind you, three DJs will go head-to-head for control of your headphones. Each DJ is tasked with playing a different vibe to keep you singing and dancing all night. With a flip of the switch, you keep changing which DJ/music you want to listen to. Want to socialize? Just take your headphones off and talk normally without screaming over a speaker system.

📌 Things to Know

Not sure what to expect? Feel free to show up and check it out—there is no cover charge to enter the lounge, so you can see the battle for yourself! However, to join the party and hear the music, you'll need to participate:

  • Headphone Rentals: Rent your pair to unlock all 3 DJ channels.
  • Security: You will need a valid ID and a form of tap-to-pay just to ensure the headphones are returned at the end of the night.
  • The Gear: Your headphones have built-in volume control & a switch that changes the color and the DJ you're listening to instantly.
  • The Experience: Party, dance, and take epic videos of the crowd and the 360° Strip view.
  • The Wrap Up: Simply return your headphones at the end of the night and you're good to go!
